Ministry Structure

An Elder or Evangelist will oversee every ministry

• He will establish a working relationship with the ministry leaders under his oversight
• He will communicate with the ministry leaders regularly
• He will be the spiritual advisor to the ministry leader should questions arise regarding an activity or function

A Deacon will be the ministry leader

• He will report to the overseer
• He will organize the ministry’s activities and be the go-to person for its works
• He will be responsible for leading the ministry meetings with the assistance of the Elder or Evangelist who oversees the work
• He will be the liaison between the member/participants and Leadership
• He will procure the resources necessary for that ministry to carry out its works
