Corey L. Glover is a native of South Florida who began his walk with Christ at the age of seven at the Golden Heights Church of Christ in Fort Lauderdale under the preaching of Bro. W. F. Washington. He later worshipped at the Hallandale Church of Christ, where, under the mentorship of Bro. Bernard Smith, he preached his first sermon at age thirteen.
While studying at Florida A&M University, Corey worked in college ministry under Bro. Wesley T. Leonard. After earning his MBA, he returned home to serve as Youth Minister at Hallandale. In July 2002, following the passing of Bro. Smith, Corey was appointed Minister of the Hallandale Beach Church of Christ. Under his leadership, the congregation completed a new worship facility, launched Phileo Outreach Ministries, Inc., expanded its scholarship program in Bro. Smith’s honor, and ordained elders and deacons to strengthen church governance.
Bro. Glover is a sought-after speaker, having conducted workshops and preached across the U.S. and the Caribbean. He serves on several church-related boards and is Director of the Florida State Youth for Christ Conference (FSY4CC).

Active in civic life, Corey has served on various advisory boards and nonprofit organizations, and is a recipient of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Service Award. He’s also been a mentor, youth sports coach, and school leader.
Professionally, Corey is a seasoned Treasury professional with over 30 years of experience and serves as an adjunct professor.
He is married to Maritza Riviere Glover, his partner in life and ministry. Together, they are raising their son, Graeson. Corey is devoted to the Lord, the Church, and his family.
